Product description
The ASPRA® PMC is a unique self-cleaning industrial air purifier designed to purify up to 10,000 m³/h of air with HEPA-grade performance while consuming just 700 Watts. It removes coarse dust, fine dust (PM10, PM2.5, PM1), ultrafine particles, and pathogens, ensuring a healthier and safer working environment with low energy consumption.
The ASPRA PMC combines multi-stage filtration with a self-cleaning design to minimise maintenance and reduce operating costs:
Self-cleaning coarse dust collection, Larger particles (>PM10) are captured inside the unit and automatically deposited into a collection container. This reduces manual cleaning and allows recovery of raw materials in certain production processes.
Fine particle filtration, PM10, PM2.5, PM1, ultrafine particles, and pathogens are captured on advanced open-structure collectors (HEPA-grade particle filters).
Thanks to this design, the ASPRA PMC is an ideal choice for industrial environments with high dust loads, from factories and welding sites to steel and wood processing facilities.
The system can also be integrated with a centralised particle transport system, offering flexibility in handling collected materials.
For long-term sustainability, the ASPRA PMC can be upgraded into a Smart version, automatically adjusting performance to actual air quality. With built-in controllers, it supports centralised or decentralised monitoring and full integration with Building Management Systems (BMS).

The products in the ASPRA series are tested by individual institutes such as TNO, VITO, ECN and TUV Nord. Their results confirm our technology is 99,9% effective for the removal of all atmospheric particles between 0.1 and 10 micron (PM0.1, PM2.5, PM10).
